Anand has an experience of more than 18 years in the Reputation Consulting sector. He has worked with some of India's top consulting firms before turning entrepreneur with Mavcomm Consulting in 2006. Anand has played a key role in supporting both established Indian and Global brands as well as emerging businesses in managing and enhancing their reputation. Some of the brands that he has consulted over the years include Audi, Maersk Line, Polaris DLF, Yamaha, HarperCollins, Absolut and Magneti Marelli. Anand has participated in global Brand Communications and Experience programs for Absolut and Audi.He has a keen interest in academics and train students from select management institutes on Public Relations and Entrepreneurship. Anand was selected amongst the top 100 influential PR and Corporate Communications professionals by Exchange4Media group in 2019. He wa also awarded PR Professional of the year 2018 by Fuclrum group and was a part of 40Under40 of Reputation Today in 2017.

Chhavi brings with her an experience of over 18 years in journalism and communications having started her career with Doordarshan. After winning accolades for her natural flair for writing and tremendous grasp over news, Chhavi
moved onto full time content development and has over the years lent credence to some of the top International and Indian brands. She mixes a unique ability to inculcate a thorough understanding of the brand vis-à-vis the overall social and economical paradigm and then juxtaposing the communications of the brand in such a manner so as to bring alive the brand’s salient aspects in a media and critic friendly manner. Her research papers and client collaterals are often accepted by clients and media without any changes. Being a Management Graduate and a practicing communications consultant, Chhavi has a remarkable hold over marketing and communications strategy formulation. She has so far combined her understanding of communications and strategy to create winning formulas for brands such as DLF and Yamaha amongst many others.

Abhishek Singh Rajpurohit is an ex-advertiser turned social/digital media entrepreneur with over 7 years of experience working with prestigious brands and agencies such as Windchimes, Leo Burnett, Concept Communications, Leela’s, Infosys, HDFC, SBI, Zenith, MTS, Marlboro, Future Generalli, to name a few. An MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Communications, this self-proclaimed “cool geek” is always plugged into the latest in online technology, constantly evaluating new applications and platforms. He is often invited to share his knowledge and experiences in Digital Media at colleges,social media institutes, conventions, corporate events and industry panels. He also serves as a chief knowledge officer and guest faculty Podcaster at https://anchor.fm/cdmc which is a podcast about digital marketing , business and entrepreneurship. An active member of IAMAI( internet and mobile association of india) he is very passionate about digital marketing and online reputation management and has
